Weekend Events - The Secret Expo , Yoga events and a Cholatada

This weekend Toronto Sprouts has a booth at The Secret Expo at the Convention Center (North blg.) Thats where I will be Saturday and Sunday.. another busy weekend.

There is a lot going on this weekend.

All around the world, in more then 35 countries, hundreds of yoga studios and thousands of yoga practitioners worldwide will gather as a part of The Global Mala Project is taking place.
Its all about raising awareness & breathing the change you wish to see in the world. .. and its HUGE! If you're into yoga you need to be aware of this one.

In Toronto AcroYoga is going on. This looks amazing. Yoga with a partner.. although you don't need one to go. 120$ for the weekend, 50$ per workshop.

Work honestly,
Meditate everyday,
Meet people without fear,
And play.

Baba Hari Dass

& Chocosol is having an Equinox Chocolatada on the Big Carrot rooftop patio on Sat eve. Roofs are the best!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Hi Heather.. The Secret exhibition is going well. Was kind of quiet yesterday.. but so many great vendors and booths.. more information, empowering people, products, ideas.. Its a lot & I am heading right back there now.. will post about it soon.
Great to hear from you!! & hope you're having a wonderful weekend also!

I was also at the Secret Expo. I thought it was misrepresented and a disaster. There was nobody there.
What are your thoughts?

That's a tough one. I know about the organizer through other people.. this is getting into gossip and I probably just know enough to be dangerous. I do believe that no one would organize it and intentionally mis represent it. Most people organizing something this big would want a good show.
It definitely wasn't advertised enough. I googled it on Friday and had a hard time finding info about it here online.. thats a bad sign to start with. So right from that I didn't have high expectations.
Its too bad because there were some great people and vendors there!
I personally enjoyed myself.. & got some great contacts.
(but I wasn't paying for the booth!)

ps - Did you have a booth there?
