Random Day - new names, blue throat chakra #5, blue solar water, spicy experimentations

I'm having fun organizing pics. Today is going to be one of those crazy random days!!! Yay!!!

I was reading about how may people change their names or have a new name given to them when they go on a spiritual path.. The idea being to identify with a new self o the way to having no-self.. on the way to merging with Divinity.
Maybe it was this subconscious reason that made me want to change my name to Keiko. I honour of this realization I am giving myself a new name.. 'Cacao'
Keiko Cacao Ti. I thought of that a few days ago.. and really like it. ..but I think this is not my final name... it is pretty random, not one of those names that has a special spiritual meaning in Sanskrit or anything.. but then again I am pretty random, so thats ok. Just want to say that the door is not closed on changing it again..

I am really happy that I have my turquoisish blue tachyon crystal back. Someone told me yesterday that its important to focus on the blue chakra right now for some planetary reason. So he had some blue chakra - Chanakara tea - blue ginger - it has blue malva flowers, ginger and tropical feijou.. and turns blue in the cup with water..

I am almost finished my ho'oponopono book Zero Limits & will write some about it soon .. its sooo interesting. But because I have blue on my mind.. even though it's random day (I just can't help co-ordinating some!) I am going to type the letter that came back from Dr Ihaleakala Hew Len to Joe Vitale when he wrote for his first consultation.. he asked for one regarding health and weight-loss in particular.

".. When I looked I heard "he's fine" (he asks the Divine)
Talk to your body. Say to it: "I love you the way you are. Thank you for being with me. If you have felt abused by me in any way, please forgive me." Stop now and then during the course of the day visit with your body. Let the visit be one of love and thankfulness. "Thank you for conveying me about. Thank you for breathing, for the beating of our heart."

See your body as a partner in your life, not as a servant. Talk to your body as you would talk to a little child. Be friends with it. It likes lots and lots of water to work better with it's self. You may feel that it is hungry, yet it may be telling you that it is thirsty.

Drinking Blue Solar Water transmutes memories, replaying problems in the subconscious mind (the Child), ad helps the body to "Let go and let God." Get a blue glass bottle. Fill it up with tap water. Cork the top of the bottle or wrap the top with cellophane. Place the bottle in the sun or under an incandescent lamp for at least one hour. Drink the water; rinse your body with the water after bathing or showering. Use the Blue Solar Water to cook (or uncook) with, wash your clothes with, and for whatever you use water for. You ca make your coffee or hot chocolate with Blue Solar water. .."

I have been experimenting lots lately.. made veggie chips in the dehydrater - I used sweet potatoes, yellow and green zucchinis, carrots, parsnips, a white eggplant - sliced them all really thin.. and mixed with oil & spices. They are pretty good.. but maybe sliced too thin - need to get it down better before I post.
& I made a raw chili yesterday. Luke made an amazing vegetarian chili.. it was so spicy that I had to come up with a raw version. It really was good.. Going to see if its better after sitting together overnight.
Mmm.. green smoothie & spicy chips for breakfast.
I had a green smoothie & chocolate cookies yesterday.
Life is good!!!
