Eat Raw, Love Life, Sungaze

I was listening to Milosh singing ‘I Love Life.. I Love Life...” in the kitchen at work the other day and this thought of him sticks in my head. I think this is one of the most wonderful aspects of the raw diet.. the optimism and happiness that comes with it. Milosh has been raw for 5 years and he says it just keeps getting better.

I watched the HRM – sungazing DVD last night.

He mentioned 3 ways to get sun energy:
1- safe sun gazing
2- safe sun bathing
3- drinking sun water.

To make sun water place water is a glass jar (not plastic!) and put it in the sun for the day, by evening it will be ready to drink. If it’s freezing out put the glass jar by a sunny window, it will still collect sun energy. Drink within 24 hours.
He claims this is the best energy drink on the planet. This is the best antioxidant and most healing beverage.
He also claims that by sungazing 10 minutes every day or walking on Mother Earth for 45 minutes a day you will have no sickness, no viruses, have a strong immune system, & you will be healthy mentally as well as physically.

He says what we eat is important also.. but secondary. In cooked food all of the energy is lost. He says the raw food society is growing day by day and that raw food people are just a step away from direct sunlight.

Long term effects:
- 6 months (still increasing gradually & you are up to 30 min a day) – you will have no mental or physical disorders. Your hunger will start disappearing. Many who fast for religious purposes suppress their hunger, this is different.. there is no hunger.
- 9 months (45 min) – you will have no desires or hunger pangs. By now your brain will have a full supply. Your neurons will be regenerating. Usually cells die in the brain as we age and our intelligence goes down. Instead we will stay younger and intelligent longer.
- At the end of one year your mind is totally solarized, nothing further is required. You do not need to sungaze anymore. You will be living in sunlight.

Walk and touch happiness every moment.
Each step brings a fresh breeze.
Each step makes a flower bloom.
Kiss the Earth with your feet.
Bring the Earth your love and happiness.
The Earth will be safe
when we feel safe in ourselves.
- Thich Nhat Hahn
