oh, ps ps I got to browse through Duane's copy of the #7 Anastasia book - The Energy of Life & it looks amazing - like the best one so far..it looks like a lot of the content is about the nature of our thoughts and there is one chapter titled Divine Nutrition.. can't wait to get a copy of it!!
