The Art of Raw Living
Gorgeous! I am so jealous!! Looks like you are having an amazing time!
Loving your updates from the beach - I can feel the sunshine! Thanks for answering my questions - I was wondering how one maintains a raw diet while on vacation (except for the tequila!) ;-)Thanks for the inspiration!
Hi Lauren, It was heavenly.. yes, I could have easily turned into a full-time beach girl!! well, really I am in my heart! : ) It was great!Hi Natalie, next post.. just getting into that. It takes a bit of focus, knowing who you are, what you want to eat, and be.. etc. Depending on how ingrained the raw lifestyle is in your system, I would recomend meditating on it.. The truth becokes revealed.. and the truth is always the truth and feeling good, looking great, enjoying natural foods is all part of that - or so I believe.ok, C&ping that into my next post! : ) Hugs!! Thanks for commenting & inquiring, Much love!
ps Natalie - love your pic!!! ; )
Thanks! I'm a 'beach girl' too (can't get enough of it). Love your pics as well, looks like you had a great vacation!I understand what you mean about focus and knowing what you want and want to be, as it relates to diet. There was a time in my life when I couldn't imagine living without eating meat, and now I can't stand the thought of it. Vegetarianism came pretty naturally to me - but not until I was ready for it. Something about that innate sense of timing within ourselves that we just do not control.. it is part of who we are.. at a certain or given point in time. Who knows, maybe one day I will be in a place where I can eat raw all the time (I can already tell that I will LOVE it) :-)
Yes.. there is something to timing!& yes, Raw is truly amazing & you will ove it!!! : ) Hugs!
