Packing food for the flight

ok, its 11 PM, my limo, : ) yay!, comes at 6 am & I have not put anything in my suitcase yet and am sitting here just taking my time posting a blog - lol What fun!

But I do have a magnificent sprout sandwich to bring with me.
I was just inspired tonight - cleaning out my fridge: Earth bread, olive tapenade and sunflower sprouts.. thats about all I have in there except for fruit .

Here's the thing though.. is that I have been juicing.. except for today I had a hot chocolate (I said to Marie "This is considered juice, isn't it??) and watermelon tonight. I am loving this juicing but I will want to eat while in Panama - I think - and I have all this food I have prepared and bought!
We'll see how it goes.. but I want to show you all the food I'm planning to bring:

Dehydrated foods: crackers from Rawlicious, and superfood Rawkalicious cookies - Yay!!
& bars: Vega, Larabar's and a new one to me: Pure

& even though I thought I would be too busy, I got inspired and dehydrated lots of nuts and seeds.

Above: sunflower and pumpkin seeds in olive oil, salt, cumin, onion and chili powder.

Below: almonds, walnuts and pecans in a date, maple, salt, cayenne, onion, garlic and cinnamon spread. (Soak nuts first, then rinse, drain and dry off a bit. Blend in with coating mixture and spread on teflex sheets - dehydrate until done)

They are very, very good.. and I am glad that I did it.

Zoey's getting in the pic too! Gojis and cacao beans, nibs - Cacao Bliss, raisins, currants - I was going to make a trail mix, but hey, I'm not even packed and this is still all sitting on my table! & Vega protein powder which is not completely raw, but close and a good thing to have in my bag just in case, although pure raw would be better!

I was going to make soup on the plane, that was my plan before I thought of the Earth bread sandwich, and I will still put this in my bag, just in case I feel like experimenting. This was just a thought: that I could get a cup of hot water and mix in the dehydrated veggies and seasonings.. I was really getting into it - see the cayenne, himalayan salt & in behind is garlic.. I actually sat last night and peeled a whole clove of garlic, minced it in my processor and dehydrated it overnight - Now thats dedication to the pro-garlic scene!!! Not to mention its a great anti-parasitic, bacterial, etc etc agent and keeps vampires away - although I always did have a bit of a soft spot for vampires (I guess they're raw too, aren't they!? lol) I was asked if I was getting hepatitis shots - No, but I am taking my garlic & oil of oregano! ; ) also here the muy importante phytoplankton and blue-green algae: chlorella - oh & I have a bottle of E3Live to bring and probiotics.

Thats it folks, I've gotta go pack!!! yikes, I'm getting picked up in 6 hours!!!

Have a great trip! (You probably don't remember me ... and me and my friend Alex visited Rawlicious a few weeks ago. I stumbled upon your blog very randomly!)
