Flax Crackers and rawjuvenate site

My crackers turned out amazingly well! Thanks Mom & Bob for the inspiration!

Flax Crackers

1c flax (soak in 2 c water a couple hours before mixing)
½ c pumpkin seeds – soaked 4-6hours
½ c sunflower seeds – soaked -6 hours
1/3 c black sesame seeds
1/3 c (12) sun-dried tomatoes
3 green onions – sliced lengthwise and slices
½ stalk celery – sliced lengthwise and sliced
2 garlic cloves – chopped fine
1 t salt
1t turmeric
½ t each chili powder
½ t cumin
Dash celery salt and cayenne

This was the 1st batch I made. The second was really good also.. just added another cup of flax seeds, these ones were ground, not soaked and 1 tomato.

For both recipes I put the sun-dried tomatoes in the food processor 1st with the s blade and processed. Then added rest of vegetables & soaked flax, process. Add rest of ingredients, process together and then spread onto teflex sheets to preferred thickness. Experiment. I dehydrated overnight, then flipped onto mesh screen and dehydrated another6-8 hours.. until very dry.
Enjoy!

I just found a new raw site.. with more recipes: http://www.rawjuvenate.com.au/
