Juice Feasting Supplements and Superfoods
I am doing some research on Juice Feasting Supplements and Superfoods which are allowed during the juice feast. Here are a few they recommend: Metabolic enzymes, Zeolyte, Bee Pollen, a High Quality Green Powder (Vitamineral Green), Pure Synergy (a blend of 60 plants, herbs and superfoods), MSM, Cascara Sagrada, Chanca Piedra, Kelp, Cayenne, the blue-green algaes: Chlorella, Spirulina and E3Live, Hemp oil, Coconut oil, the multi-nutrient Vitamineral Earth, and an intestinal parasite cleansing formula..for the whole line up and detailed info on each - go here
and check out the main Juice Feasting page!
Here is a line-up of the supplements that Alex is taking regularly. She is also taking some supplements specifically to help repair her liver, as she has Hodgekins and her liver is not making proteins properly. (& she is working to eliminate the environmental toxin Allyl Chloride which is still in her liver). Alex has been to Hippocrates and gets many of her supplements through there.
Bee Pollen is the seed of a flower blossom, which has been gathered by bees and to which special digestive enzymes and nectar from the bees has been added. Pollen is the bee’s source of protein, where honey is their source of carbohydrate. The pollen is brought back to the hive and stored in the honeycomb cells for use later to feed the young. The pollen undergoes a fermentation process in the hive that preserves it allows it to last forever in the hive. Bee pollen out of the beehive should be kept cold (frozen) or dried at a low drying temperature, which helps to keep the enzymes alive as most enzymes are destroyed by heat.
Bee Pollen is highly nutritious and has a vast array of nutrients. It is also a complete protein and is the only known food to contain all 22 amino acids, which includes all eight of the essential amino acids needed by the body that we do not produce ourselves in our system. If you are concerned about protein intake on a raw vegan or vegetarian diet this is a great supplement to take. It has more protein per gram than any meat or fish.
Turmeric is a rhizome from the Ginger family. It looks a lot like ginger except for the bright yellow color, It is sometimes called Red ginger. Turmeric is warming, anti-septic, anti-bacterial, anti-viral.
Turmeric or Curcumin is an anti-inflammatory - it can be used on cuts and bruises. It ameliorates bacterial growth and ulcers and can help inhibit the growth or development of chemically-induced tumors in the body when taken internally. It is a powerful anti-oxidant and has many medicinal uses.
Systemic Enzymes impact processes outside of the digestive process. What differentiates Systemic enzymes from the more common digestive enzymes are how they work, where they work and when they are taken.
Systemic enzymes are microbial and plant enzymes which can survive the low Ph (acid) of the gastric (stomach) region, they are able to pass through without being destroyed and are able to work in the intestinal region. Where digestive enzymes are taken with meals to help with the digestion process, these should be taken between meals or they will be used as digestive enzymes are.. on an empty stomach they will pass through and be used all the way through, the intestines and also in the colon. Systemic enzymes are taken often to impact circulation and the cardiovascular and extravascular systems - they work to help many other processes in the body outside of digestion.
Phytoplankton are microscopic plants that live in the ocean. They are completely life sustaining, incredibly mineral and nutrient rich and are one of the most nutritious things you can put into your body. phytoplankton is responsible for 90% of the Earth's oxygen. They provide the energy for all of life in the underworld. This is because most phytoplankton photosynthesize, changing light energy from the sun into energy that all non-photosynthesizing organisms (including us) can use. Phytoplankton are at the bottom of the food chain in the aquatic ecosystem and are considered a micro-nutrient.
Ocean Energy is a (vegan) B-12 supplement which contains a combination of ocean and land nutrients which work synergistically to enhance energy and also helps to increase Hemoglobin (iron) levels in the blood. All of the botanicals in Ocean Energy are wild crafted or cultivated without pesticides. All added nutrients are organic.
In addition to Vitamin B-12, it contains:
Kelp (Atlantic) *
Algae (Blue-Green) *
Green Kamut *
and Bacillus Sporonges (non-dairy FLora) *
Milk Thistle has been reported to have protective effects on the liver and to greatly improve its function. It is useful to help the liver and kidneys recover from damage caused by drugs and alcohol. It is typically used to treat liver inflammation, cirrhosis and gallbladder disorders. The active compound in Milk thistle is silymarin, found mainly in the seeds.
Haven't heard from Alex yet today..
Kellan - Day 5/6 - Raw - has called in & is doing great! He finds he's waking up clear and fresh instead of groggy and in general he feels more awake, his mind is very clear all day. He slept an hour or two less at night but still sometimes gets very tired in the afternoon. So it's high energy throughout most of the day with a low time in the afternoon.
He says he finds himself stretching a lot, just really feels like opening up , he woke up and did this huge cat stretch.. thats always good, and great to get things moving, and for detoxifying - a natural reaction to help the body eliminate and help the flow.
He feels very healthy - & he feels like meditating. He meditated for half an hour int he morning and his girlfriend who is still in Nb just went to her 1st sweat lodge ceremony and she feels it awakened something in her, her spiritual side and she wants to mediate also. They both mediated last night together, she at 9 pm and he at 8 pm, same time with the time difference, for 50 minutes.
He just finished straight guacamole again before I talked to him and had gone out & bought lots of pecans, almonds and pumpkin seeds to snack on ..and sprouts. He needs to go get a jar to start sprouting himself. & he doesn't have a blender yet but wants to get a good one.. I am sure I can find just a regular one for him to use until he gets his dream blender.
..just thought I would put it out there to the Universe!

Books and Things I am Into
Song to this blog: I'll take you There by The Staple Singers (1971) - It's in my head
I am so into my books these days - devouring them.. I will take the subway whenever possible now just to get in extra reading time. I started The User Illusion by Tor Norretranders,a couple weeks ago- it's sooo scientific, crazy - about physics, theories, hardcore - Mom said that if you can get past the first few chapters its starts getting good and not as difficult.. Dr Len gave this book to someone as the basis of understanding Ho'oponopono, the ancient healing technique, which I love and practise regularly.. ok, so I got through a few chapters, still not easy, taking a break.. just finished last night Abraham-Hicks's The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent - easy read & I just love and groove on their stuff, always makes me feel great. 1 down.. and Mom just sent me David Wolfe's and Nick Good's Amazing Grace, which she didn't really get into but I am loving!!! Lots about some pretty out there stuff, Aliens, Angels, Cpt. John Newton, Ayahuasca, Superhero Actictivation, the 7 Principles of Huna, can you tell I am enthused about this one??? Oh yeah, bring it on! all my favorite things!! & yesterday Donna Lynn came into Rawlicious and gave me a copy of her book Dial Love. Looking forward to checking that out very, very soon, maybe tomorrow. I am just devouring Amazing Grace! BUt I know a lot and have read up on most of the things in it. I have the SuccessUltraNow cd's. bought 4 of them when the site first opened, love this stuff!
Ohh.. and I want to get back into reading a bit of Len Horowitz. I have his book Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse, which is a bit of a read and got shelved for the past year since I bought it - why do I have a tendency to buy the most difficult books, y'know Urantia, stuff like that? I haven't read a novel in a decade, maybe The Count of Monte Cristo on a beach somewhere sometime soon. but off track - Marie just read Len Horowitz's Love, the Real DaVinci Code. She was so excited telling me how she know gets scientifically how Dr Masaru Emoto's water crystals work (The Hidden Messages in Water - another easy, great essential book!) she rhymed off info on chemistry, molecules, sacred geometry, numerology..how it al pieces together and how it all makes sense to her now & how with us being water beings we can put any intention on the water and it becomes us and we will feel the intention we put into the water.. I mean we know this on a surface level, but it struck her in a very deep way.. so now I am going around with a waterglass at work written on it 128 (my ideal, pre-kids weight) I tend to stabilize at 135, and thats with eating chocolate, icecream, cheezecake whatever I want, whenever I want.. yup, she says I can still do all that & I only have to write 128 on my glass and so another experiment is being done on my body.
ButI have to go now.. time for a quick walk on the beach, buy a case of mangoes and off to another experiment on my body, white afternoon.
Kellan - Day 4 - Raw - Feeling great, healthy..although he feels his energy is a little low, thinking it maybe was still from his early flight out of Halifax. He had a nap in the afternoon and slept in in the morning. I think it might be detox symptoms, often people get tired at first, there are a lot of symptoms that can happen from detoxing, tiredness, slight cold symptoms - mucousy and it often takes awhile for bowels to get straightened out, sometimes running for the bathroom, so you have to be careful to go raw at whatever level you are comfortable with and what suits your lifestyle - If you go 100% overnight, the symptoms will be stronger but they will pass sooner, everyone should take it at their own pace.
Kellan asked if Balsamic vinegar is raw, just writing this in my recipe book, but nope, not raw, the only raw vinegar is apple cider vinegar, but many 100% raw foodists stay away from all vinegars. I include balsamic in my diet occasionally but I'm on the 95% raw route.
Kellan had figs and grapefruit in the morning, a Kale and Broccoli salad he made with the balsamic v, nama shoyu and lime juice, it had onions and garlic also. He also had guacamole made with habanero peppers which he ate with a spoon, just like that and he stopped by a Thai restaurant and they had a green papaya salad which was raw, he made his own dressing for it at home with fresh figs, lime juice and olive oil. Wow! he said the papaya wasn't sweet like he expected but crunchy, kind of like cucumber and the salad had tomatoes and green onion. Often in the tropics papayas and mangoes are eaten when not ripe yet, not yet sweet, with a savory dressing of vinegar and salt and pepper.
I am so impressed - Kellan seems pro already! Way to go!!!
Alex - Day 2 - Juice Feasting - Alex did a water fast all day. I asked if this was wise (as juice feasting is quite different from fasting) and she said she just felt like doing it. & actually when I thought about it it made sense - I went raw after a Master Cleanse, just drinking that lemon juice for 10 days - it's like your body feels so clean and pure and you just feel like keeping it that way for awhile.. it worked perfectly for me, so I figure maybe it's the same idea.. and it just felt good to her. So great - Hopefully she has her strength up though to continue.
She slept a lot, 12 hours and thats natural, like Kellan, when your body is detoxing and readjusting. She said she only felt out to lunch 1-2 times today - lol
and she added probiotics to her supplement line-up - which I haven't even gotten into but I will soon!
Hugs!

Documenting Alex - Day 1 - Juice Feasting and Kellan - Day 3 - Raw
Alex is 23 and has been working with us at Rawlicious almost since we started. I remember on opening day she was at the bar talking to us , enthused about the venture and she has, ever since then, rolled up her sleeves and joined us on our mission to spread the raw news of glowing health and high-vibe energy.
Alex has been raw since September '06. She heard about raw from a friend of hers in Montreal who she had previously gone to school with. He was really enthused about it at the time when he just started ..but it wasn't until years later (sept 06) when he heard that she was diagnosed with cancer for the first time, that he contacted her. They got together and he told her all about it and gave her lots of info and books to read about the healing power of raw foods. She has been raw since.
This is Alex's 3rd, 4th or 5th (?) attempt at Juice Feasting. She has decided that this time she is going to go the whole 92 days! (and instead of teasing her) we decided to really help her. Angus has a sign put up on the board in our kitchen (see below) & I decided to document her progress at the end of each blog I will track her (& Kellans progress).
Kellan's 1st day in the Rawlicious kitchen was last night, although we have gotten to know him a bit aready. He has been in to eat (and borrow raw books) a few times previously with his girlfriend Jasmine. Kellan even met my Mom and stayed at her place overnight a few weeks ago while traveling to visit Jasmine in NB and volunteer on an organic farm for several weeks while there. He and Mom shared delicious green smoothies with wild greens from her garden and he turned her onto Leonard Cohen, he's a big fan!
Yesterday was Kellan's 3rd day raw. This is his 3rd attempt to go raw and is feeling determined to do it this time. I decided to document both of them - just for fun, it seemed good all the way around, gives them accountability, me an interesting story and you information and inspiration and intrigue..?
Kellan went raw for the first time for almost a week. ..but he was weight training and was concerned that he wasn't getting the protein and everything he needed for muscle strength. This is a common dilemma for many people and especially men going raw. He is going to read Steve Arlin's Raw Power and I will look up some raw men who work out a lot and have muscular physiques and post them in another post soon. I know of a few, just have to find them!
Kellan went raw a 2nd time and stopped when he went to NB to visit Jasmine and work on the organic farm recently. He was living in a commune setting and thought it would be too hard to eat differently from everyone else. He was not familiar with raw and looking back he says he could have done it, but... now he's back and getting back into it.
Paul came to visit last night also. Thats him in the middle with the pineapple. Pineapples are the best. This is way off topic but a couple years ago Maxine gave Kaiya a pineapple man for her birthday with strawberry eyes and well, like a Mr. Potato Head with fruits toothpicked on & it was so funny and one of Kaiyas favorite presents, just in case anyone is looking for a great gift.
Right, Paul - he is working with us at Rawlicious also - usually on Friday evenings and Saturdays. We met Paul when he came into the restaurant right after a huge event with David Wolfe and the gang for 4 days in Orangeville. He is on a serious, actually not at all, he is very funny!!!, high vibrational frequency. Paul is studying music at Humber, he is a talented musician who was found while playing by the dean of Humber, got a grant, how cool and now he is here hanging in the the best place in To to be. He is a big jazz, yoga and pineapple fan. ..but aren't we all!!!? ; )
Kellan and Paul had wraps and Alex had her plate of supplements and water. I will document the supplements she is taking very soon. time for me to move on.. my buzzer just went..
Alex- Day 1 - Juicefeasting - very headachy! yikes, it's started. Alex has not made it past 10-14 days previously, thats when she really starts having a hard time and she is suggesting now that we build a padded room for her in the basement. This is going to be fun.
Kellan - Day 3 - Raw - Feeling good. Yesterday he said he noticed his stomach feeling a little funny.. not a bad funny, but it was like he felt it working..could actually kind of feel the digesting. When eating cooked foods he didn't notice that, just felt tired and like his stomach stopped working, on raw food he is more aware of it.
I found this interesting because I could relate.. I don't notice it as much now because I get focused on other things but if I stop and feel.. its like I can feel everything, very subtly though, like blood moving in my body, rhythms, flutters, vibrations, beats.. an beautiful symphonic orchestra is playing in my body..and maybe it all starts with digestion and breathing.. clearing out the grunge so you can hear it.

Superfood Breakfast on the run.. ..and Mason Jars
Yesterday morning I was running late & had this great idea for breakfast. I took out a mason jar, I love using glass jars to store and carry food in. We use glass to store almost everything in at Rawlicious. One thing I loved when I started working at Rawlicious, way before the cafe even opened, when I first went to see Angus and Tracy and plan the adventure, was that they have these incredibly beautiful dishes and they drink out of mason jars. They have very beautiful glasses, which we used sometimes also.. but I really loved drinking out of of mason jars. I have developed a huge appreciation for glass jars in my life now.. and can often be seen walking down the street with a jar of something incredible to eat. One of my favs was bringing the kelp noodle soup and chopsticks.. I was transporting it at the time but I love the idea that you can just sit down under any tree at any time and have lunch. and then use the glass jar for drinking out of later.. I may seem a little enthused about such a small thing, but it's a great thing to get into - no recycling, handy, clean.. make your own solar water all the time. ..ok, breakfast
Breakfast in a Bottle
In a bottle put 2 T Ruth's Chia Goodness (blend of chia, hemp & buckwheat) or if you don't have this you can just put some chia seeds, hemp seeds and buckwheat if you have it.
Add superfoods:
2 T Goji berries
1-2 T Cacao nibs
1 t Bee pollen
1 t Maca
1 T Honey or Agave
Then add fruit, I added a cut up pear.. but berries would be wonderful, frozen would be fine..and tropical, mangoes and pineapple, banana would be excellent also.
Cover with water.. I used fairly warm-hot water.. I was thinking of a hot oatmeal type cereal I think.. cause I got to work a bit later and poured it in a bowl, although you could eat it out of the jar with a spoon, and added almond milk and some agave.

The Natural Indigenous Soul of the Superhero
"The Superhero is driven by one single, all-unifying energy- the propulsion of who they really are. Superheros feel their position in the eternal garden, as their souls are planted, seed-like, in God's eternal soil of inspiration. Rooted in a true sense of self, grounded in the fertile earth of compassionate, breath-filled love and wonder, the superhero stretches out shoots and leaves from its trunk and branches and, honorably and courageously, in an enlightened, empowered way guided by Grace, links roots with other soul-centered beings and offers flowers and fruits of thoughts, words and actions to the cosmos." ~Nick Good, David Wolfe - Amazing Grace

The Invitation
The Invitation
It doesn’t interest me what you do for a living.
I want to know what you ache for
and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart’s longing.
It doesn’t interest me how old you are.
I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool
for love
for your dream
for the adventure of being alive.
It doesn’t interest me what planets are squaring your moon...
I want to know if you have touched the centre of your own sorrow
if you have been opened by life’s betrayals
or have become shrivelled and closed
from fear of further pain.
I want to know if you can sit with pain
mine or your own
without moving to hide it
or fade it
or fix it.
I want to know if you can be with joy
mine or your own
if you can dance with wildness
and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes
without cautioning us to
be careful
be realistic
remember the limitations of being human.
It doesn’t interest me if the story you are telling me
is true.
I want to know if you can
disappoint another
to be true to yourself.
If you can bear the accusation of betrayal
and not betray your own soul.
If you can be faithless
and therefore trustworthy.
I want to know if you can see Beauty
even when it is not pretty
every day.
And if you can source your own life
from its presence.
I want to know if you can live with failure
yours and mine
and still stand at the edge of the lake
and shout to the silver of the full moon,
“Yes!”
It doesn’t interest me
to know where you live or how much money you have.
I want to know if you can get up
after the night of grief and despair
weary and bruised to the bone
and do what needs to be done
to feed the children.
It doesn’t interest me who you know
or how you came to be here.
I want to know if you will stand
in the centre of the fire
with me
and not shrink back.
It doesn’t interest me where or what or with whom
you have studied.
I want to know what sustains you
from the inside
when all else falls away.
I want to know if you can be alone
with yourself
and if you truly like the company you keep
in the empty moments.

Festival of South Asia
& Then my son called and I went and had a wonderful dinner with him - we made the hugest salad ever and had fresh organic cherries, strawberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, watermelon.. and just about every vegetable in the store was brought home and cut up and it was sooo colorful and beautiful -I still didn't have my camera - I was feeling a lot better and in sync again, still wondering what was up with the Universe that I trust so deeply in - and then tonight I ended up quite by chance in Little India (I know I was Indian in a past life!) and borrowed my friends camera and had so much fun taking all these blurry art pics of the action - and there was a lot of it - Loud Indian music everywhere, so much color and food - and it hit me that maybe for now, just for now, I am meant to experience life on my own.. in my own way, there is no question whether I will be raw now and I don't need the support, although raw companions are the best kind (& family, of course!!!) but maybe I just need inspiration and ideas of a different kind.. and to work on my book on my time off is not such a bad idea either - I think it really all does make sense - I have put my visions out there and I do have faith that the Universe is putting everything in place - there are signs everywhere!
..and while I did miss you at the chocolate event and I will miss you at the Raw Spirit Fest - well, check out at all these cool wild pics I just took!! (esp the blurry ones further down) : ) They make me really happy too!
Little India hosts diverse South Asian celebration
Festival of South Asia takes over Gerrard Street East this weekend
BY JOANNA LAVOIE
August 16, 2007 11:12 AM
This weekend, Gerrard Street East's Little India will be home to a dynamic festival showcasing the sights and sounds from a range of South Asian nations. The fifth annual Festival of South Asia is set to provide visitors with the best aspects of the East Indian, Sri Lankan, Pakistani and Bangladeshi cultures. ...
But this pic below is one of my favorite fruit stands - with several kinds of mangoes and lots of my fav tropical fruit.
There was lots of music..
and shows being put on..
I took about 50 pics, but only posting a few. I was having so much fun with them coming out blurry, it seemed to capture the action better - pictures are usually just so 2D.. my friend thought maybe it wasn't a good idea - that maybe you would think I was on ayahuasca or something, lol - but no, this is just pure ART!!! : )

I Love my Mom!!!
I wish I had my camera - I gave it to Kaiya for the weekend - & I have wanted it several times since -but hopefully she's enjoying it - I made these incredibly delicious Oatmeal Apple Cookies yesterday that just came out of the dehydrator this morning & would have made a beautiful pic - esp if it was scent enhanced - nothing like a warm cinnamony apple cookies straight from the dehydrator in the morning.. ok, way off track..
My Mom
is wonderful because:
she sends me incredible packages filled with incredible things that make me smile! : )
is happy and thinks she lives the best life ever!
is an incredible artist - She's an artist's artist - y'know, the type that stays up all night painting
she sees wonder in everything.
she can marvel over the flavour of a strawberry for long periods of time
she is independent and strong
she has lots of friends whom she loves & who also love her
she has a couple gold bars on her Tai Chi black belt and still going strong - always learning longer and more intricate forms - Mom with a fan - who would have thought? lol
she sends me quotes from the Tao Te Ching ..and loves to cross reference translations
she has a lot of the same interests as me: raw foods, art, adventure
she is cool
she cares about everyone - she is loyal, she takes care of members of the family who have been abandoned or have reclused themselves away, but mom is always & always has been there.
She is often going to the hospital, making food for people who can't get out or volunteering at the soup kitchen. ..things like that, helping the little old lady across the street get bottles open and taking holiday dinners out to people who can't go there.
She is my biggest inspiration and spiritual advisor.
She knows why things happen - the real deep down reasons; she knows that everything is just right.
She finds the coolest things often before me & is always surprising me - ie, she gave me Anastasia books for my birthday before I had ever heard of them.. things like that
She is always ready for an adventure and goes with the flow.
She is a beautiful flow-er and my biggest inspiration! When I grow up I would like to be me - I was going to say 'like her' but she taught me very well and I love being me!
k, nuff of the sappy stuff - the Box!!!
Mom sent me Bull Kelp flakes (which are incredible and just harvested days ago, we have been waiting months for these - chopsticks, crystals, a book - David Wolfe's and Nick Good's Amazing Grace and a bottle of Siberian Cedar Nut Oil - Yayyyy!!! Very special!!! I would love to wait to get into this so I could take a pic to show you how pretty my box is - but sorry, I can't wait!!!
I love you Mom !
oh ps - this was written at the bottom of the hand written letter in the box (re: some family issues) "If I could have given you (or Randy) millions or the belief to LIVE & TRUST, I believe the best inheritance is joy of life & the wonder, mystery and expectation of Divine Intention." Mom, you're so wonderful!
Who couldn't love a Mom like that?
pps - her website is here
ppps - xox, Hugs & Thank you for the parcel!!!

Organic Herbs and Spices
"Mint is an herb with which everyone is familiar, and it’s used to flavor a wide variety of foods. In 2005, in California, over 35 different fungicides, herbicides, and insecticides were used on mint plants. These ranged from the monoethanolamine salt Clopyralid (an herbicide) to the insect growth regulator Hexythiazox to Dicofol, an insecticide. In fairness, a handful of the pesticides employed are microbial in origin, such as the HD-1 strain of dried Bacillus thuringiensis, subspecies Kurstaki, an insecticide. None of these microbial-origin fungicides/insecticides has been shown to be overtly harmful to people or the environment; there is no so-called “weight-of-the-evidence” summary that demonstrates toxicity or potential carcinogenicity. But of the three dozen pesticides used on mint, thirteen are of special interest, because they’re what PAN calls “Bad Actors.” ..more here.
Herbs, which may be dried or fresh, come from the leafy part of a plant. Spices, usually used in dried form, are from seeds, roots, fruit, or bark, and most originate in tropical or semi-tropical regions.
Herbs and spices are usually sterilized, irradiated with toxic gases, after they are harvested to prevent foodborne illnesses and reproduction of the microbes or bugs.
"Conventional herbs and spices are sometimes sterilized with the gas ethylene oxide (EtO). But EtO is problematic. It is highly combustible and has been identified as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin; some claim it can also damage the typical sensory characteristics of herbs or spices. EtO, incidentally, has been banned in many European countries, as well as in Japan." from here.
" Produce grown in some "third-world" countries averages a much higher level of pesticide residues. In addition, pesticides that are banned the U.S. are often sold by chemical companies in "third-world" countries and used on produce that may reach your dinner plate. Please take time to investigate the source of your produce." from here
Some spices are more heavily sprayed than others - Peppers are generally sprayed quite heavily. If you like spicy food (like me!) and are a cayenne user, try to at least buy organic cayenne and peppers.

"Aren't you just thrilled that there are billions of beings of intelligence within you? Cells that each know what's best for them? And as they find what's best for them, it is ultimately what's best for you--unless you're focused upon something unwanted and using that as your excuse to block the flow. They are asking, Non-Physical is answering. Are you in the way or are you letting it flow? That's what this "Letting go and letting God" is all about. It's about relaxing and no longer hindering the communication between the individual askers. Every particle gets to individually decide.
