Ho'o pono pono

Since December I have been interested and practicing the Hawaiian healing process of Ho’o pono pono. It’s quite fascinating.. in it, it suggests that we are responsible for not only ourselves but for everyone in our surroundings and awareness. It’s heavy stuff.

This is the article I have read many times: http://www.successultranow.com/Light/HoOPonoPono/tabid/997/Default.aspx

"I" AM THE "I"
OWAU NO KA "I"

"I" come forth from the void into light,
Pua mai au mai ka po iloko o ka malamalama,

"I" am the breath that nurtures life,
Owau no ka ha, ka mauli ola,

"I" am that emptiness, that hollowness beyond all consciousness,
Owau no ka poho, ke ka'ele mawaho a'e o no ike apau.

The "I", the Id, the All.
Ka I, Ke Kino Iho, na Mea Apau.

"I" draw my bow of rainbows across the waters,
Ka a'e au i ku'u pi'o o na anuenue mawaho a'e o na kai a pau,

The continuum of minds with matters.
Ka ho'omaumau o na mana'o ame na mea a pau.

"I" am the incoming and outgoing of breath,
Owau no ka "Ho", a me ka "Ha"

The invisible, untouchable breeze,
He huna ka makani nahenahe,

The undefinable atom of creation.
Ka "Hua" huna o Kumulipo.

"I" am the "I".
Owau no ka "I".

13 Principles of Spiritual Activism

Principles of Spiritual Activism

The following principles emerged from several years' work with social change leaders in Satyana's Leading with Spirit program. We offer these not as definitive truths, but rather as key learnings and guidelines that, taken together, comprise a useful framework for "spiritual activism."

1- Transformation of motivation from anger/fear/despair to compassion/love/purpose. This is a vital challenge for today's social change movement. This is not to deny the noble emotion of appropriate anger or outrage in the face of social injustice. Rather, this entails a crucial shift from fighting against evil to working for love, and the long-term results are very different, even if the outer activities appear virtually identical. Action follows Being, as the Sufi saying goes. Thus "a positive future cannot emerge from the mind of anger and despair" (Dalai Lama).

2- Non-attachment to outcome. This is difficult to put into practice, yet to the extent that we are attached to the results of our work, we rise and fall with our successes and failures—a sure path to burnout. Hold a clear intention, and let go of the outcome—recognizing that a larger wisdom is always operating. As Gandhi said, "the victory is in the doing," not the results. Also, remain flexible in the face of changing circumstances: "Planning is invaluable, but plans are useless."(Churchill)

3- Integrity is your protection. If your work has integrity, this will tend to protect you from negative energy and circumstances. You can often sidestep negative energy from others by becoming "transparent" to it, allowing it to pass through you with no adverse effect upon you. This is a consciousness practice that might be called "psychic aikido."

4- Integrity in means and ends. Integrity in means cultivates integrity in the fruit of one's work. A noble goal cannot be achieved utilizing ignoble means.

5- Don't demonize your adversaries. It makes them more defensive and less receptive to your views. People respond to arrogance with their own arrogance, creating rigid polarization. Be a perpetual learner, and constantly challenge your own views.

6- You are unique. Find and fulfill your true calling. "It is better to tread your own path, however humbly, than that of another, however successfully." (Bhagavad Gita)

7- Love thy enemy. Or at least, have compassion for them. This is a vital challenge for our times. This does not mean indulging falsehood or corruption. It means moving from "us/them" thinking to "we" consciousness, from separation to cooperation, recognizing that we human beings are ultimately far more alike than we are different. This is challenging in situations with people whose views are radically opposed to yours. Be hard on the issues, soft on the people.

8- Your work is for the world, not for you. In doing service work, you are working for others. The full harvest of your work may not take place in your lifetime, yet your efforts now are making possible a better life for future generations. Let your fulfillment come in gratitude for being called to do this work, and from doing it with as much compassion, authenticity, fortitude, and forgiveness as you can muster.

9- Selfless service is a myth. In serving others, we serve our true selves. "It is in giving that we receive." We are sustained by those we serve, just as we are blessed when we forgive others. As Gandhi says, the practice of satyagraha ("clinging to truth") confers a "matchless and universal power" upon those who practice it. Service work is enlightened self-interest, because it cultivates an expanded sense of self that includes all others.

10- Do not insulate yourself from the pain of the world. Shielding yourself from heartbreak prevents transformation. Let your heart break open, and learn to move in the world with a broken heart. As Gibran says, "Your pain is the medicine by which the physician within heals thyself." When we open ourselves to the pain of the world, we become the medicine that heals the world. This is what Gandhi understood so deeply in his principles of ahimsa and satyagraha. A broken heart becomes an open heart, and genuine transformation begins.

11- What you attend to, you become. Your essence is pliable, and ultimately you become that which you most deeply focus your attention upon. You reap what you sow, so choose your actions carefully. If you constantly engage in battles, you become embattled yourself. If you constantly give love, you become love itself.

12- Rely on faith, and let go of having to figure it all out. There are larger 'divine' forces at work that we can trust completely without knowing their precise workings or agendas. Faith means trusting the unknown, and offering yourself as a vehicle for the intrinsic benevolence of the cosmos. "The first step to wisdom is silence. The second is listening." If you genuinely ask inwardly and listen for guidance, and then follow it carefully—you are working in accord with these larger forces, and you become the instrument for their music.

13 - Love creates the form. Not the other way around. The heart crosses the abyss that the mind creates, and operates at depths unknown to the mind. Don't get trapped by "pessimism concerning human nature that is not balanced by an optimism concerning divine nature, or you will overlook the cure of grace." (Martin Luther King) Let your heart's love infuse your work and you cannot fail, though your dreams may manifest in ways different from what you imagine.

Thoughts - existance, consciousness, responsibility and The Best Breakfast Ever!

I’m back.

My 1st thought of the day was this (after recalling my dreams, that is) - I was thinking that if in the 10th dimension everything is contained in one space.. all of time - past and future, all of space, everywhere on the earth, every planet, every galaxy, everything is contained together in one point.. then even if my body dies, changes, the earth dies, I am always going to be.. because I am here right now.. so I was & will ever be, you know?

My husbands response? “ok, Socrates.. before you tackle that one, how about tackling something much simpler, like your first million?” lol

Yk - if your so smart why aren’t you rich?

Ok. I could go on & on lots of reasons why I am not rich.. yet. ; ) probably not ready, important living to do 1st. & most importantly - with much money comes great responsibility ..and maybe I am just not ready for that yet. .but maybe soon! : )

But that’s not what I wanted to get into.

It took me a few days longer than I thought to get back here. On the 21st, on the car trip back from Nb my son turned 18. On Fri eve, 23rd, night before last.. he went to a friends & drank.. a lot, very quick.. and it ended up with paramedics coming & taking him to the hospital.. where he stayed until yesterday morning. Alcohol poisoning. It was bad, IV in both hands.. hooked up everywhere. We were up most of the night with him. He came home & slept most of yesterday & is better now. Jim stayed home & I went to work. The busiest day ever! I was so tired last night.

This was my 1st teenage incident.. but what a way to start off! Hopefully, lesson learned!

& my computer is just back from the shop. Everything got lost on it.. whole new system installed. So I am just getting it all set up again. Getting life back into routine.. I’m missing yoga, the gym, and painting.. but all of which I am going to do today.

The funeral went really well. The whole trip went incredibly well.. so wonderful to be with family, and to love everyone there. Great feeling. Incredible turn out at the church for Dad. I got up & spoke.. am really glad about that, it felt inspired. Love that feeling. Interesting how I feel so close to dad even though he is gone. I have heard that people who don’t have close relations have it harder usually.. and every situation is different. I think sometimes that how the person who dies feels about death greatly influences how the people close to them still living handle it. I just feel really blessed to be handling it so well, whatever the reason.

My friend told me something else the other day, that in a crisis situation, unconscious people become more unconscious and conscious people become more conscious. This is true. So many interesting thoughts. ..but I am signing off with the best breakfast ever, which I had yesterday morning.. between the time Dylan came home & into his own bed to sleep for the day & when I went to work.

The Best Breakfast Ever!

1 c blueberries & strawberries – cut up (these were frozen, from NB, & special as they were picked by my Mom & Dad last fall.. & well, Dad had Alzheimer’s so maybe not many from him ; )

A handful of almonds, pistachios and pumpkin seeds - which I put in my little coffee grinder and grinded into chunks.

A banana, which I mashed in a bowl with a bit of water, some maple syrup, a bit of cinnamon & a dash of salt. (if you don’t do maple syrup, substitute agave)

I defrosted the berries by setting the bowl they were in a pot of hot water while I got everything else ready.. then just mix everything together.

It was easier than it seems, easier than typing it out. & incredibly delicious! Kind of like instant oatmeal.. if you can remember ever having that.. a maple, brown sugar berry flavor. Mmm!

pic of gerbera daisys because I have a beautiful bouquet in front of me which was left along with an incredibly clean house.. for me to return to from my trip.. many thanks! : )

Happy belated Valentines - my Dad

My Dad died peacefully yesterday morning - On Valentines.. which I felt was quite appropriate, that was so like him & he was so full of love! : )
I want to post more.. personal stuff. (my Butterfly story) ..but I am actually going in to work today & have limited time. Also my computer is still down & I am using a different computer this morning.

My family and I are heading out to NB early tomorrow morning, car trip again.. planning on coming back next Wed. The funeral is on Monday, burial on Tuesday.. Dad is being cremated tommorow.

Urantia on death:

When your earthly course in temporary form has been run, you are to awaken on the shores of a better world, and eventually you will be united with your faithful Adjuster in an eternal embrace. And this fusion constitutes the mystery of making God and man one, the mystery of finite creature evolution, but it is eternally true. Fusion is the secret of the sacred sphere of Ascendington, and no creature, save those who have experienced fusion with the spirit of Deity, can comprehend the true meaning of the actual values which are conjoined when the identity of a creature of time becomes eternally one with the spirit of Paradise Deity.

This is from one of my best friends , who has travelled with her family to Nb & stayed with my parents there.. and knows them quite well. (Thanks : )

"..I have been having such peaceful thoughts when I think of your dad. He always reminded me so much of a young, delightful and brilliant man I love to read about -- the little prince. His following words sound like what I think he would say to you if he could - maybe if you listen really hard, you'll hear him saying them, as I do."

”In one of the stars I shall be living. In one of them I shall be laughing. And so it will be as if all the stars were laughing, when you look at the sky at night…You – only you-…will have stars that can laugh!. And when your sorrow is comforted (time soothes all sorrows) you will be content that you have known me. You will always be my friend. You will want to laugh with me. And you will sometimes open your window, so, for that pleasure…

Mom got an e-mail the day before Dad died and sent it to me amazed.. because it came so randomly.. one of those e-mails forwarded to lots of people. It had a message for her:
"Death is nothing, but to live defeated and inglorious is to die daily."
There is one thing I know about you, by the sheer fact that you are reading this. This one thing puts you ahead of the 100 billion people who have called planet Earth their home. This fact about you is this: You, Joan, are alive! ...
in memory of Dad heres to living life gloriously and triumphantly.
(you do that always anyway Mom & I love you immensely ..always)

My love is warmer than the warmest sunshine
Softer than a sigh
My love is deeper than the deepest ocean
Wider than the sky
My love is brighter than the brightest star
That shines every night above
And there is nothing in this world
That can ever change my love.
&One more thing.
I have been inspired yet again this morning by a poem sent by Lalita. Thank you!
A moment of happiness by Rumi
A moment of happiness
you and I sitting on the verandah,
apparently two, but one in soul, you and I.

We feel the flowing water of life here,
you and I,
with the garden's beauty and the birds singing.

The stars will be watching us,
and we will show them
what it is to be a thin crescent moon.

You and I unselfed, will be together,
indifferent to idle speculation, you and I.

The parrots of heaven will be cracking sugar
as we laugh together, you and I.

In one form upon this earth,
and in another form in a timeless sweet land.

Happy Valentines

Happy Valentines day to everyone celebrating today.

My husband and I decided to celebrate March 14th this year.

My Dad is not doing well. He is unable to eat, can't swallow and hasn't eaten anything since last friday. They have taken him off food and water and are just letting him rest until he passes away. He's on morphine now. They suspect it won't be long.. it could be hours, days, maybe even a week or two. It's hard to tell with these things they say.

My laptop is not starting up, computer problems, but its mercury retrograde.
I am in surreality.. my time seems to be moving slower than other peoples..and I have to rush to work.. if thats possible. ; ) I just wanted to come & let you know whats up.. in case anyone is wondering why I haven't been posting. I will again soon.

Have a wonderful day! ~Hugs~

Death, ps's, raw site, articles, freedom in Canadian healthcare

Matt at work looked up my Mayan symbols and was hesitant to tell me that death was one of them.

“Oh no, of course it would be there” I told him. I am really good with death.. probably better than almost anyone I know.

Its true, but then right after that Sawako, our friend who is here from Japan learning English, just got a call that a good friend of hers had just died. That was Fri eve.. everyone was trying to cheer her up.. Jeremy played guitar, a few people played drums, every one tried to cheer her up with chocolate and ice cream and food.. then we all left, closed up & took her home on the subway. Yesterday someone else at work called, their Dad passed away. That’s huge, about as big as it gets. I’m working tomorrow now for them btw, & that’s ok.. but the story goes on. I get home & call my Mom and she tells me that my Dad is not doing well, not eating or breathing well, coughing when he tries to eat.. she was really concerned about him. His time could come soon.. or not, but maybe. Warning me, just in case. They think he has a pneumonia, which is really dangerous for someone with Alzheimers. Then today, I go to see my friend this aft – I got this great yerba mate cup & spoon Paula sent up from Uruguay! : ), we hung out, watched a movie, and she tells me that her best friend from back home (Uruguay) passed away a few weeks ago. Really sad story.

It’s a lot to think about.. I couldn’t think of what to post, what to write earlier .. have felt a bit speechless.

Sometimes I am surprised at all the words I put down here.. when I often think that there is no need to even speak words.. thoughts are often more powerful. & yet, here I am writing. I sometimes wonder for how long I will continue this.. maybe one day I will feel I have said everything that needs to be said or maybe I’ll type for many, many years. .. until every person on the Earth is inspired to be happy. : )

Ps. I woke up at 4 am thinking about my Dad & went down to the art cave & painted #4 in the series.. a pink flower, close up. & then I kind of cried a bit when it was done cause I was thinking about when my dad painted my bedroom for me, pink & burgundy, and he had just came back from a double shift, working on the trains and while in Halifax, he bought this painting of a pink flower for my new room. He was really proud of it & excited to give it to me. He always loved paintings. Memories & life can just get to you sometimes.

Ps ps, my daughter & her friends have started this thing of saying ps & adding something to what they’ve just said. Verbal ps’s, yk. Lol

Your Life as Art, Your Life is a Dream

"Everything — but everything — on Earth, every blade of grass, every insect, has been created for Man" ~ Anastasia

I received this amazing little package from my Mom a couple days ago. It had essential oils (Young Living) & cedar nuts from Russia www.energyoflife.ca

I loved these but told her that my favorite part of the package was probably the hand-written letter enclosed. There were lots of great thoughts, Mom is awesome. She wrote a paragraph from her new book “Your Life as Art’ by Robert Fritz. It had just arrived in the mail the day she was writing the letter.

“Often the arts and sciences remain as a legacy while everything else is forgotten. We don’t think too much about napoleon but we still listen to Beethoven because he was able to reach something higher and more lasting. Not many beyond the lofty halls of historians think of the impact of Queen Elizabeth the 1st, but Shakespeare is still a force to be reckoned with both as a playwright whose plays are always in production and as a thinker whose words are still quoted, studied and treasured.
You can create your life the way art is made. From this you can reach new and better possibilities. Your life can grow to the quality and scope of the greatest art.”

This reminds me of something I read .. A website where I have been spending a lot of my quality computer time lately. www.yourlifeisadream.com

This is one of the most beautiful and inspirational websites! ..and I just noticed, just today she has added a prayer – Reflection for Radiant living – you can subscribe to get them sent to you. Beautiful! But this is the part I was thinking of:

“You have this moment to create your dreams. Your life is a dream. It contains everything. What is your heart's calling? Follow this and you follow the sacredness of life - God. Do you want to live on a mat in the wilderness, shower outdoors, walk as quietly as a deer, & teach sustainability & farming to like-minded souls, or do you want to live in a warehouse filled with echoes & chefs d'oeuvres of painstaking effort & infinite beauty? Do you want to eat only raw organic fruits & vegetables that you grew yourself, or do you prefer fried fish and beers with the boys on Friday nights? We are all unique, & there is a season for everything. Surrender everything to God, to the beauty of life, and follow your heart. Therein shall begin your path toward Beauty. xo.”

Thank you for all the inspiration. Inspire and be inspired.. Live a beautiful life! : )

Beauty tips

I have always found skin care using natural ingredients to be the best, most effective beauty treatments.

My #1 skin care tip would have to be Go Raw. (of course!) That alone gives you amazing skin. I always had at least one red spot somewhere on my face that I would have to cover up.. something breaking out somewhere it seemed. Now.. nothing. Tight skin, pores get more & more refined, clear, smooth and even a better skin color.. almost like a slight tan. It’s amazing. Instead of getting wrinkles or looser dull aging skin I feel like mine is rejuvenating.. that makes me really happy.

That being said, I have - what I think to be - a couple of amazing beauty suggestions.

My favorite exfoliater.. I learned this as a teenager & its still my fav. ..although it is messy. Mix ½ & ½ cornmeal and oatmeal together. I have a glass bottle of this mixture under my bathroom sink all ready. Tie back hair. Wet face. Rub the mixture into your face.. It’ll fall around in the sink and make a mess but its worth it.

Face mask.. I only do this once in awhile. Kaiya & I used to do it together.. its fun to have green faces together. Green clay, found easily at health food stores in powder form is the best. Just mix the powder with water and put it on your face & leave until it dries and gets all cracked .. really fun.

Skin cream. I usually use shea butter.. this stuff is incredible!

Someone came in to work a few days ago and was telling me the wonders of Sea Buckthorn oil. I was going to go get some last night.. but.. well, long story. lol
But for your info: http://www.seabuckthorn.com/

Sea Salt and oil body scrub.
In an old tupperware container, mix a cup of salts (Celtic or Himalayan), enough extra virgin olive oil to mix well, and a few drops each of lavender and either peppermint or rosemary. The peppermint has a cooling effect–great for steamy summers. (Beware, though, any more than a few drops and you’ll feel like you’re naked in the middle of the Arctic).

Cocoa butter and peppermint lip balm.
Mix equal parts olive or almond oil and cocoa butter. Add a dollop of honey, a few drops of peppermint. Swirl together, blend well & stick in fridge to cool and voila! Natural lip balm.

This tip irom the most recent Beautiful on Raw newsletter: www.beautifulonraw.com

Beauty Tip - courtesy of Shirley LeMire:
I would like to tell you of the benefits of that plain little old bottle of 3% peroxide you can get for under $1.00 at any drug store. Take one capful (the little white cap that comes with the bottle) and hold in your mouth for 10 minutes daily, then spit it out. (I do it when I bathe) No more canker sores and your teeth will be whiter without expensive pastes. Use it instead of mouthwash. (Small print says mouth wash and gargle right on the bottle) Let your toothbrushes soak in a cup of "Peroxide" to keep them free of germs.

& most importantly

Do One Thing For Yourself Everyday (at least - I do several! : )
Make yourself do it. It's the ultimate act of self-respect. Soak in the bubble bath or read an inspiring book. These little pleasures allow you to feel special.

Have a luxuriously special day!

Superheroes - common traits and a jet-car

A superhero is a fictional (usually…) character who is noted for feats of courage and nobility, who usually possesses abilities beyond those of normal human beings.

A superhero, even if they can fly often has a really cool car!

(or they get to just take other peoples if they have really good intentions! ; )

Am off in my jet-car to help save the world and sun-gaze with good friends in Kauai.

Common Straits of a Super-hero:
-Extraordinary powers and abilities, relevant skills, and/or advanced equipment. Although superhero powers vary widely, superhuman strength, the ability to fly and enhancements of the five senses are all common.
-A strong moral code, including a willingness to risk one’s own safety in the service of good without expectation of reward.
-A motivation, such as a sense of responsibility, a formal calling, a personal vendetta against criminals, a strong belief in justice and humanitarian service.
-A secret identity that protects the superhero’s friends and family from becoming targets of his or her enemies. Most superheroes use a descriptive or metaphoric code name for their public deeds.
-A flamboyant and distinctive costume often used to conceal the secret identity.
-An underlying motif or theme that affects the hero’s name, costume, personal effects, and other respects of his or her character.
-A supporting cast of recurring characters, including the hero’s friends, co-workers and/or love interests, who may or may not know of the superhero’s secret identity.
-A headquarters or base of operations, usually kept hidden from the general public.
-An “origin story” that explains the circumstances by which the character acquired his or her abilities as well as his or her motivation for becoming a superhero.

Becoming a Superhero is all about coming into SELF LOVE!

Cool cars & gadgets are just bonuses. : )

Ready to go?

World Peace One

http://www.worldpeace1.com/ - Aug 11, 2007

The intent of World Peace One is to mobilize the people of the world and to rally humanity’s genius by giving rise to both institutional and grass roots movements, campaigns and initiatives. No human heart should remain unmoved by World Peace One’s efforts. Like the cells of a single body, all will benefit from a world at peace. World Peace One is a celebration of life. World Peace One is a mindset, a campaign, a concert, a broadcast, a world movement.

Once, tragically, a minority of human beings declared World War One, “the war to end all wars.” Today World Peace One hopes a majority of human beings declare World Peace One, “the peace to end all wars.”

The time has come

Living out of harmony with nature, organized disease control. Hope, responsibility, staying positive.. The 100th Monkey

Keeping in mind that we need to be aware of a negative situation without dwelling or reacting in a further negative manner and instead look for positive alternatives or solutions can be very important.. I am submitting these thoughts, collected mainly from the SuccessUltraNow downloadable e-book, p 23-24. http://www.sucessultranow.com/

‘Even with the huge progress in technology, psychological and emotional disease is reaching plague proportions. The biological consequences of this are the main killer diseases now epidemic: cancer, hart disease, stroke, diabetes, etc.”

Our modern world is dominated by war and we live for the most part out of harmony with nature and unaware of out true selves, for instance our society puts more importance on material outward images and on economy rather than our inner source – love, happiness, community, health, creativity.. These are the things which drives our inner nature, what our souls yearn for.. our reason for being.

These diseases ‘are largely unheard of in isolated indigenous societies where the native people are still able to live, by and large, naturally. One of the reasons for this is that their day-to-day lifestyle generates a sense of fulfillment, inner peace and inner harmony.’

We are generally unaware that there is a better way to live.

& even if we are aware.. it is a difficult job to change the system. ..or get away from the system.. but it is possible.. to hold onto and live by our higher ideals, our visions of living in harmony with nature.

*Being Raw is one way to see an out - of living in a society which bombards us daily, which reinforces that this is the only way it is, that we are stuck in a dilemma and there is no way out.. leaving many feeling only hopelessness and despair.

“The powers that be, the controlling agencies of the modern industrial world, are well aware of the psychological dynamics and have engineered a society with a sensory overload situation, where chaos and confusion and the resultant fear are seen as the optimal environment to support an agenda that has literally brought us to the precipice of destruction. (see Horowitz: DNA Pirates of The Sacred Spiral)

Unthinkable scenarios are being played out on a daily basis. We are under attack. Medical intervention, it is now being reported by some channels, has gone from the third biggest killer in America to number one. Astonishing information is available today. Bayer, one of the largest and best-branded pharmaceutical firms, was caught red-handed dumping a medicine infected with HIV virus onto foreign markets. Called Factor8, this so-called medicine for hemophiliacs was proven to contain HIV virus and banned for sale in domestic US markets. However, markets in Spain, France and other countries were flooded with the drug. Thousands of innocent hemophiliac sufferers and their family members contracted AIDS and died from the use of this drug. The FDA granted permission to sell this drug overseas. Every government official conspiring to sell the substance in the foreign markets was prosecuted. To-date no government official or corporate executive has been indicated in the US.

We hear shocking reports of vaccinations being filled with the worst toxic poisons known to man and laws being passed which guarantee 25 injections before the age of 18 months old. These are tiny examples within a massive, organized, and well-planned strategy to control and monitor disease, for we certainly can’t call it health care. There is no doubt about it, governing agencies, consciously or not, are implementing laws which are manifesting hell upon earth.”

However, we are not helpless.. we need to take responsibility for our actions.. we need to become aware of our circumstances and make a stand and find a way to live a life that is more positive.

I believe things are changing quickly.. we see it all around us. Sometimes I feel like a flower blossoming amidst millions of others. Our time has come.. many people are feeling it. My friends reiki instructor calls it ‘quickening’. We need to gather our inner strength , envision a far better world, believe in it and work towards it. Positive strength is hugely stronger than negative.. and once a certain number of people are functioning with higher vibrations an amazing thing will occur. Remember the story of the 100 monkeys.

The Story of the 100th Monkey here:
http://www.worldtrans.org/pos/monkey.html

Although the exact number may vary, this Hundredth Monkey Phenomenon means when only a limited number of people know of a new way, it may remain the conscious property of these people.

But there is a point at which if only one more person tunes-in to a new awareness, a field is strengthened so that this awareness is picked up by almost everyone!

Stay positive..
always loving, always playing! : )

Ringing Cedars excerpt - creating and perfecting the world through thinking - purity of thought

From The Ringing Cedars of Russia by Vladimir Megre, p 3:

´The first thought, the first word was the Creator’s. His thoughts still live today, surrounding us unseen and filling universal space, reflected in material, living creations produced for the number one creation, Man! Man s the child of the Creator. And, like any parent, He could wish for His child no less than what he has for Himself. He has given him all. And even more – freedom of choice! Man can create things and perfect the world by the power of his thinking. No thought produced by Man disappears into oblivion. If it is a thought of radiant brightness, it will fill the space of light and rise on the side of the forces of light. A dark thought, however, will fall on the opposite side. And today any Man may make use of any thought produced at any time either by people or by the Creator.”

“Then why doesn’t everybody use them?”

“Everybody does, but in varying degrees. To use them, one is obliged to think, and not everybody succeeds in doing this because of the vanity of daily life.”

“So, all you have to do is think, and the ability comes to you? And you can even discern the thoughts of the Creator?”

“In order to discern the thoughts of the Creator, one must attain a purity of thought appropriate to Him, as well as the pace of his thinking. To discern the thoughts of enlightened people, one must possess their purity of thought and the ability to think at the same rate. If a given Man has insufficient purity of thought to communicate with the dimension of the forces of light – the dimension in which radiant thoughts dwell, - then Man will draw his thoughts from their dark counterparts, and will end up suffering himself and causing others to suffer.”

mercury retrograde symptoms, adventure soup, beauty truth

My blog entry yesterday either got mercury retrograded or it just wasn’t meant to get posted. hmmm.. It had a recipe in it. I have lots of great raw recipes and plan to one day compile them into a recipe book. So, either the universe was teling me to save it for the book.. less likely ; ) or more likey.. it got mercury retrograded!

Mercury retrograde doesn’t start until Feb 14th.. but the effects of it can be felt up to 2 weeks before. & personally I feel the effects are sometimes strongest then. I liken it to the PMS of a woman’s cycle.

Mercury retrograde symptoms in a nutshell.. the 4 things I notice most:
1- people from my past come to mind and I call or think of calling them and people from my past call or contact me.
2- Things go missing, get lost.. lost things are found (sometimes)
3- Technical problems. If computers, cell phones etc are going to screw up, now is the time.
4- Miscommunications. Take what people say with a grain of salt, don’t take anything personally, don’t get offended easily.. If someone says something that upsets you or doesn’t sit well with you, it is likely they are not saying something the way they mean it or you are taking it the wrong way.

Metatron is off on another adventure but has left me with his soup recipe.. That was awhile ago but I was just cleaning out my backpack ; ) ..and I am posting it here for safekeeping. I love that I can store things which are important to me here!

Start with a tea base, I like nettle leaf, dandelion leaf & root & burdock root (This is nutritive & kidney & liver detoxifying, as well as blood purifying…) …in this blend veg, broccoli, cauliflower, whatever… add oils… olive is more Mediterranean, coconut is more thai cuisine… bend in spicy like garlick, onion, ginger… I like to add seeds, like poppy, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame… dulse is nice to add once it has been blended…
I use highest vibe ingredients…
Himalayan crystal salt
Fresh gathered spring water
Always playing!
Aways loving!

She is in the cosmetic industry in NY and exposes the dangers of cosmetics, she has faced heavy metal toxicity & serious heath issues from working in the industry and wearing these cosmetics.
“..sure companies advertise how their products make us look, but why doesn’t anybody tell us how they can make us feel.”
This is a very interesting site! Read it all.. get informed.
