"You are as prone to love, as the sun is to shine."- *Centuries of Meditation,* Thomas Traherne (1636-1674)

The Art of Raw Living
I am attending, and now volunteering, at a multi-media event about the Arcturians, created by the artist Janosh, at the Bloor Cinema, tomorrow evening and another one all day Sunday.
I am reading about the Arcturians from here:Arcturus is one of the most advanced civilizations in our entire galaxy.
-Edgar Cayce-
Edgar Cayce has said in his teachings that Arcturus is one of the most advanced civilizations in this galaxy. It is the fifth- dimensional civilization that is a prototype of Earth's future. Its energy works as an emotional, mental, and spiritual healer for humanity. It is also an energy gateway through which humans pass during death and rebirth. It functions as a way station for nonphysical consciousness to become accustomed to physicality. The Book of Knowledge: The Keys of Enoch describes it as the mid-way programming center used by the physical brotherhoods in this universe to govern the many rounds of experiments with "physicals" at this end of the galaxy.
The Arcturians teach that the most fundamental ingredient for living in the fifth dimension is love. Negativity, fear and guilt must be overcome and exchanged for love and light.
I am thankful for Imagination, Love, the Beautiful Earth, Freedom..
I am thankful for Children, Innocence, Beauty..
I am thankful that there is a deeper peace and a deeper love than I could ever understand, and that I am a part of the great mystery of it all..
I am thankful for great friends!!!
I am thankful for the abundance of the earth.. that there is more than enough prosperity available for everyone to have their wildest dreams come true.

“Ultimately, we must learn to trust ourselves. When we do this intimately and intelligently, the world opens full of meaning before us. We find that we ourselves are the doorway to a fathomless understanding of the source of life itself. We need only to learn to walk through it.”
– James Thornton

Good Morning!
Then, as you grow older, if you're observant, you realize much of what you enjoy was made possible by the contributions, work, and labor of those who came before you, and you're taken aback, disappointed even , because with maturity you can now see cracks in the façades, imperfections in the details, and 10,000 ways it could have all been done better.
At which point, folks typically choose one of two paths: Spend a lifetime lamenting how far from perfect things are. Or, to one degree or another, roll up their sleeves and pitch in.
And should they choose the latter with gusto, dear Robin, they will come to know, to the core of their sacred being, that the differences they might make in the world cannot be made by another. And then they will discover the answer to their often-wondered childhood question.... That the most fun one can have in time and space comes from making such a difference, and that the joy derived from serving is 10,000 times that of being served.
& now a video.. just for fun. Another friend - a very special friend - sent me this..
I just found out last night that a close family member has leukemia. I called a good friend the day before - one who I don't see often these days, and he was waiting for a biopsy. These flowers & my love and deepest care go out to them.
..& to everyone out there struggling with health concerns. I talked to a woman who was in yesterday with stage 4 breast cancer. She touches my heart deeply also.
My friend brought his Osho cards yesterday. I picked one and got Celebration. It was a great card.. and I was so happy because the 3 times prior, for 3 days straight, I had gotten the Control card. (Which is my least favorite card - but that tells you something right there, lol) So after I finally got this card I was so happy.. I looked at the cards around it, top card, bottom card.. where is it? .. the control card.. it was just not there anymore. I was so happy, that I wanted to celebrate! lolTurning inwards is not a turning at all. Going inwards is not a going at all. Turning inwards simply means that you have been running after this desire and that, and you have been running and running and you have been coming again and again to frustration. That each desire brings misery, that there is no fulfillment through desire. That you never reach anywhere, that contentment is impossible. Seeing this truth, that running after desires takes you nowhere, you stop. Not that you make any effort to stop. If you make any effort to stop it is again running, in a subtle way. You are still desiring--maybe now it is desirelessness that you desire. If you are making an effort to go in, you are still going out. Any effort can only take you out, outwards. All journeys are outward journeys, there is no inward journey. How can you journey inwards? You are already there, there is no point in going. When going stops, journeying disappears; when desiring is no more clouding your mind, you are in. This is called turning in. But it is not a turning at all, it is simply not going out.
Osho This Very Body The Buddha Chapter 9

"We've lived by the assumption that what was good for us would be good for the world. We've been wrong. We must change our lives so that it will be possible to live by the contrary assumption that what is good for the world will be good for us. That requires that we make the effort to know the world and learn what is good for it. We must learn to cooperate in its processes and to yield to its limits. But even more important, we must learn to acknowledge that the creation is full of mystery. We will never clearly understand it. We must abandon arrogance and stand in awe. We must recover the sense of the majesty of the creation and the ability to be worshipful in its presence. For it is only on the condition of humility and reverence before the world that our species will be able to remain in it."
I am feeling sooo much better today. The shopping trip helped. & twice to the gym, I have been going so much lately.. in the morning there was a yoga class which I just made - Just remembered after writing yesterday's post - & I love Glory's yoga classes! I was so relaxed after - so I waited and then went again last night after dinner for a weight/cardio session.
I am reading articles from the Think Holistic website. It's very interesting. I found this website amongst a pile of papers picked up & collected at the Secret expo.
Many of those who know me well and are close to me in real life are a little concerned. ..maybe esp my Mom.
I love this pic. I may have posted it before, a long time ago. Not sure why I love it so much. I think I was Japanese in a past life.
I fell asleep with my headphones on in bed listening to the SuccessUltraNow cd I have.
But now, I have spent too much time thinking and need to go live and watch and see what comes to me. I know that everything I need will.. and I just need to go with the flow.. consciously.
Thoughts from Anastasia - Excerpts from Book 6 - The Book of Kin, The history of mankind - Feeding life in the flesh, pgs137-142:
You cannot look at that which you do not want and not join and perpetuate that vibration. Take your attention from that which is not in harmony with who you are, and in taking your attention from it, your "now vibration" will adjust to who you really are, and then you can uplift others.

All Is Well
The Universe does not know or care whether the vibration that you're offering is in response to something you are living right now, and observing, or in response to something you are imagining. In either case, the Universe accepts it as your point of attraction and matches it.

The only way that you can ever know if something is of value to you is by the way it feels as you are receiving it.

Hypothetically, people worry about everyone being selfishly oriented. "If everyone did exactly what they want to do, what kind of world would this be?" And we say, a really, really good one. Because if everyone did what they wanted to do, everyone would feel free. And if you feel free, you feel empowered. And every negative emotion that exists—hear this—every negative emotion that exists is because there is some sense of loss of freedom somewhere in there.

All Is Well
From the Non-physical, you created you, and now from the physical, you continue to create, and we are nothing if we are not Flow-ers of Energy. We must have objects of attention, that are ringing our bells, in order to feel the fullness of who we are, flowing through us, for the continuation of All-That-Is. That is what puts the eternalness in eternity.
Excerpted from a workshop in Silver Spring, MD on Saturday, April 19th, 1997
The reason the grandchildren will benefit by the launched rockets that you've set forth; is because they're born with no resistance to the rockets of desires that you've launched forth... You've seen those little ones on computers? They have no problem with that. They were born with computers in their life; they're born cable-ready. They're already up to speed with what you've launched into the vibrational future. And that's one of the reasons that it's nice when the old ones croak and the new ones come in, because it sort of dilutes the resistance factor that's going on on this planet.
Excerpted from a workshop in Tarrytown, NY on Saturday, May 14th, 2005
The basis of your life is absolute freedom, the goal is joy, and the result of that perfect combination is motion forward, or growth. Your goal is to find objects of attention that let your cork raise.

There is no such thing as death, life is only a dream and we're the imagination of ourselves. ~Bill Hicks
