Easy Almond Milk

Quick & simple thought - to make Almond Milk the easy way - I was wishing this morning I had soaked almonds last night - I usually have a bottle of them in the fridge.. but didn't today & just when I really wanted them. - Take 1-2 Tablespoons Raw Almond Butter and blend with 1 cup of water - How simple is that - Oh, & I added a huge Medjool date.. because I was really craving the sweetness. So..

Granola + Banana + Almond Milk & Maple Syrup (or Agave) = the Best Breatfast Ever!!

Later - Just got back from the Cacao Loft and Toronto Sprouts, well-stocked up again! Mmm.. alfalfa sprouts, broccoli sprouts, Sunflower sprouts.. soon to be a big sprout salad! with a plate of crackers and guacamole to go with dinner.. the nuts are soaking because I am going to make blueberry pancakes (as soon as I am finished this) so they will be ready to eat, warm from the dehydrator, for breakfast!!

J'adore the bags-o-sprouts. Easiest thing to grow year round, love tending my own. Did you grow these, or is it all from Toronto Sprouts? Either way, delish!

  2. Hi Simona, I got all these at Toronto Sprouts, my lucky day day!!
I had a big sprout salad for lunch (& a slice of raw pizza)so delicious!! will be living on sprouts for th next few days!
I used to grow lots at home for a few years after I went raw - until I started working at Toronto Sprouts.. then I had them all grown there.. and even now that I am not working there any more - I often get them from there.
    Sprouts are great!
& great to hear from you!! : )

  4. Hey Michelle - I am using Living Tree almond butter right now (cause mmy Mom sent it to me, she loves their stuff!) but usually I buy and use Maranatha brand - its cheaper and more easily available here.
Hugs ~ Hope life is flowing brilliantly for you!
